THE KOME13ACK KID

J.J. Weaver, born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on November 30, 1999. He was born with a rare case of Central Polydactyly on his right hand; his extra finger is fully functioning located in between his middle and right finger. Weaver grew up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida before relocating to Louisville, Kentucky with his mother Stacey Sherrell, Step-Father Eugene Sherrel and his brothers Terrance Weaver Jr. and Bruce Sherrell in 2010.

Starting at his high school career, He attended Moore Traditional School. As a senior, he had 70 tackles with 10 sacks and three interceptions. Weaver committed to play college football at Kentucky over offers from Louisville, Miami, Purdue and many others.

Fun Facts

One word to describe him on the field is “motor”.

After football, his dream job is to be a football coach.

The best advice he’s ever received is “just be yourself”.
